This is the latest roller-type mill for food designed to meet the needs of the times. It has been designed to be particularly hygienic, allowing easy dismantling and assembly, and it is also equipped with an automatic controller allowing automatic operation using flow sensors for the raw materials. Moreover, the roll replacement unit is easily removed pneumatically, and the use of a touch panel enables easy switching between screens.
Hammer mill type-HME
This is a hammer mill used for, e.g., secondary milling of raw grains and auxiliary feedstock at, e.g., mixed feed factories. This machine consists of the main body of the mill, which has an internal rotor with hammers arranged around the periphery, and a direct drive motor. Raw materials fed into this machine are instantly crushed by a high-speed hammer and impact plate, and passed through a screen before being discharged from below.

Q：What’s the difference between Roller Mills and Hammer Mills?
A：Roller Mill is used to classify grains into certain particle sizes. Grains are milled for only 1 time and passes through to the shifter. Roller Mill is mainly used for wheat in flour and corn in feed plants. Hammer Mill simply crush granular grains into powder. Therefore, crushing is repeated inside until the desired powder size is reached. The size of the powder after crushing can be changed by the screen type inside of Hammer Mill. Hammer Mill is mainly used for crushing grains in feed plants and secondary crushing before pellet processing. Roller Mill and Hammer Mill are used for milling process but their mechanical structures are significantly different according to their requirements.
