Roller Mill
Large (MQ Type)

Designed for high-capacity needs

This is a hammer mill used for, e.g., secondary milling of raw grains and auxiliary feedstock at, e.g., mixed feed factories. This machine consists of the main body of the mill, which has an internal rotor with hammers arranged around the periphery, and a direct drive motor. Raw materials fed into this machine are instantly crushed by a high-speed hammer and impact plate, and passed through a screen before being discharged from below.

Roller Mill
Small (10-inch Roller Mill)

Optimized for space efficiency

This is a swing-type hammer mill used for milling main feedstock ingredients such as
maize and milo, and auxiliary feedstock such as soybean and fish meal, mainly at mixed
feed factories. Raw materials fed into this machine are instantly crushed by a high-speed
hammer and impact plate, and passed through a screen before being discharged from
below. It is a high-performance, reliable machine used at many oil and feed mills.

FAQ

What’s the difference between Roller Mills and Hammer Mills?

The HME/HMC model hammer mills are swing type mills optimal for grinding primary ingredients like corn and milo and secondary ingredients such as soybean meal and fish meal.

The HME type, in particular, is designed for secondary grinding with easy maintenance features.

How often is maintenance required for these machines?

Yes. The HME/HMC model hammer mills are designed with user safety as a priority.

They include designs for safe maintenance and allow for safe operation with forward and reverse rotation.

What support do you offer for system integration?

The HME/HMC model hammer mills offer low maintenance costs as they enable forward and reverse rotation, reducing the number of hammer replacements by half.
